Our heirloom cumin is earthy, nutty with an herby aroma. It adds savoriness to dishes and pairs well with other spices like coriander and mustard. Our cumin is grown on a regenerative farm by our farm partner Ratan Lal who converted his ancestral land to organic farming 20 years ago.
