Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup whole milk
2 tsp chai masala
2 tsp jaggery
pinch of salt
Tools:
A small pot
A strainer
Process:
1. Bring the water to a boil
2. Add the chai mix and let it simmer for at least 2 minutes. The longer you simmer, the stronger the chai will be.
3. Add the milk, sweeteners, salt and bring to a boil on med-high heat.
4. Let it boil for 2-3 min and be careful not to let the milk boil over.
5. Strain and enjoy!
